• You are responsible for selecting and engaging with a service provider at your discretion.
• The services rendered through the app are at your own risk.

4. Payment Policy

Users agree to complete payments through Pairapp’s secure payment gateway. Payments are processed once a booking is confirmed unless otherwise specified.

Service providers may withdraw their earnings based on the following fee structure:

• Withdraw within a day – 18% service fee applies.
• Auto-withdrawal after a week – 10% service fee applies.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Users may cancel a booking; however, cancellations made within [X hours] before the scheduled service may result in a cancellation fee.

In cases where service providers cancel a booking due to unexpected situations, users may receive a full refund or service credit at Pairapp's discretion.

Pairapp does not store or have direct access to users' payment credentials. Stripe handles all payment processing securely.

Pairapp provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not offer any guarantees, explicit or implied, including but not limited to suitability for a specific purpose or non-infringement of rights.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pairapp is not responsible for any incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the app.
• Any service provided by a service provider through the app.
• Unauthorized access to your personal data or financial transactions.

9. Indemnification

By using Pairapp, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless our company, employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, or legal disputes that arise due to:

• Your use of Pairapp.
• Violation of these terms.
