By accessing or using Pairapp, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should immediately cease using the app.
Pairapp connects users with private service providers ("Service Providers"). The app acts solely as an intermediary platform that facilitates these connections. Pairapp does not directly provide any services nor does it endorse or assume responsibility for any actions of the Service Providers.
By using Pairapp, you agree that:
You are solely responsible for selecting and engaging with a Service Provider through the app.
You acknowledge and accept that any service you receive is provided at your own risk.
You will exercise due diligence when selecting and engaging with a Service Provider, including verifying their credentials and qualifications as necessary.
You will report any Service Provider who fails to meet service quality expectations so that we can take appropriate action.
Users agree to pay Service Providers through Pairapp’s integrated payment system.
Payment is processed upon booking confirmation unless otherwise stated.
Service Providers choose their payment method from the following: withdrawal funds with in a day 18% service fee to Pairapp or withdrawal funds automatically after a week the withdrawal funds will be disposed with a 10% service fee to Pairapp.
Users may cancel bookings, but cancellations within [X hours] of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.
Service Providers may also cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, users may receive a full refund or credit for future services.
Refund eligibility is determined at the sole discretion of Pairapp.
Pairapp processes all payments securely through Stripe.
Users must provide accurate billing information and authorize Pairapp to charge their selected payment method via Stripe.
Pairapp does not store or have direct access to users' payment details; all transactions are handled securely by Stripe.
Pairapp provides the app "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pairapp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
Your use of or inability to use the app.
Any service you receive from a Service Provider through the app.
Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or any personal information stored therein.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pairapp, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:
Your use of the app.
Your violation of these Terms.
Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
Pairapp reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the app at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Pairapp reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least [30 days’] notice before the new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
Users can switch their role within Pairapp from "User" to "Provider" and vice versa. Once switched, the user will no longer receive notifications or updates related to their previous role. Any potential loss arising from this switch is the sole responsibility of the user.
